"I had to have the lanai rebuilt and it was attached to the roof of my house. I was very happy the job that was done on the roof of the lanai but the reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is that they couldn’t match the color of the shingles on the roof of my house and they didn’t tell me before they started the job. it wasn’t until I got up on the roof and notice the different colored shingles. My house has black shingles that are extra thick and have a life expectancy of 30 years or more. They told me there were no black shingles on the island and it would have taken months to get them in if they ordered them in. They said they put on the darkest shingles they could find to try to match but in some areas the shingles they put on my back roof are a light tan. Also, the shingles they uses]d were just standard shingles and not the thicker, longer lasting ones that are on the rest of the roof. I felt they should have told me in the beginning they couldn’t get the right color and weren’t going to use the thicker ones. My other complaint was the cleanup. They did a good job of cleaning up the ground underneath the lanai but when I got up on the ladder I found the gutter on my house was filled with pieces of shingle and nails. I recently upgraded my review of All Around Roofing. They were nice enough to come back to my place and correct most of the problems I had with them and I really appreciated what they did. They have great customer service."
