I first spoke Kevin while the Kona Low storm was hitting my home and my ceiling started leaking during the middle of the night. It was the next morning and raining sideways with the wind gusting throwing things around. I asked if he could come lay down an emergency tarp and he simply stated he would be at my house in 45 min. 15 min later Kevin rang my doorbell and immediately jumped onto the roof to start bolting down the mitigation in the middle of the chaos. He even came back for free to help make adjustments the following day to better address the affected areas. After the storm I had them replace my entire downstairs and upstairs roof and they did an excellent job. Any concerns we brought up were addressed thoughtfully and immediately. My experience with all around roofing was phenomenal. Owners Kevin and Sari are extremely dependable and will take the time an effort to make sure the job is done right and to the highest quality and take care of you with any future issues that may arise.
All Around roofing replaced cracked tiles and put a sealant on my roof after I experienced a leak from the Kona lows. Their team was very hard working and personable and they were able to calm one of my neighbors who was upset when some of the grime from my roof fell into his yard.
We had some damage from the Kona lows, having leakage in the master bath and kitchen. I called several roofing companies. Kevin and Sari Kaui, were the ONLY ones to call me back, and did so quickly. They came to check our damage, and gave us an estimate. We just had the work done. Doing the repair, pressure washing, and putting down the silicone coating all in a day and a half. The half day was to put down a second coating. Alex came a third day to scrape away any drips or over spray, and take photos. They were quick, careful and we are very, very pleased. Everyone involved was nice, and they worked efficiently. Kevin kept my husband informed about what was going on. A great LOCAL company, whom we highly recommend.

"I had to have the lanai rebuilt and it was attached to the roof of my house. I was very happy the job that was done on the roof of the lanai but the reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is that they couldn’t match the color of the shingles on the roof of my house and they didn’t tell me before they started the job. it wasn’t until I got up on the roof and notice the different colored shingles. My house has black shingles that are extra thick and have a life expectancy of 30 years or more. They told me there were no black shingles on the island and it would have taken months to get them in if they ordered them in. They said they put on the darkest shingles they could find to try to match but in some areas the shingles they put on my back roof are a light tan. Also, the shingles they uses]d were just standard shingles and not the thicker, longer lasting ones that are on the rest of the roof. I felt they should have told me in the beginning they couldn’t get the right color and weren’t going to use the thicker ones. My other complaint was the cleanup. They did a good job of cleaning up the ground underneath the lanai but when I got up on the ladder I found the gutter on my house was filled with pieces of shingle and nails. I recently upgraded my review of All Around Roofing. They were nice enough to come back to my place and correct most of the problems I had with them and I really appreciated what they did. They have great customer service."
